Mid-century sewer laterals in South San Jose are reaching the end of their service life. Roots and ground movement crack older joints over time. We camera the line to find the failure, excavate only where needed and replace the damaged section with modern pipe.

How It Works

Find the Failure & Free Estimate

We confirm the failure point with a camera or on-site testing, call in 811 utility marks, and quote the repair or replacement before we dig.

Excavate & Repair to Code

Using our own equipment, we dig at the failure, replace the damaged pipe with modern material, and test and inspect the repair.

Backfill, Compact & Restore

We backfill in compacted lifts to prevent settlement and restore the surface as close to original as conditions allow.
