Plumbing Built on More Than 20 Years of Experience
Plumbing is the one system in a building that touches everything: the water you drink, the fixtures you use every morning, the gas that heats your water and cooks your food, and the drainage that carries everything away without a second thought, until the day it fails.
- When plumbing works, nobody notices. When it fails, it fails expensively, with water damage, stopped operations, and health hazards arriving faster than most homeowners expect.
- That is why the trade demands more than someone with a wrench;
it demands a licensed contractor who understands how supply, drainage, venting, and gas systems interact, how California code governs each of them, and how the Central Coast's specific conditions, hard water, expansive soils, aging housing stock, and coastal corrosion, change what good work looks like.
DAE Plumbing, Inc. was officially established in 2018, but the experience behind it runs more than two decades deep.
- We are a family-owned company based in Hollister, and we have built our reputation across the Central Coast one inspection, one repair, and one referral at a time. Our work spans the full range of the trade:
complete plumbing systems for new homes and commercial buildings, remodel and addition plumbing, tank and tankless water heaters, water treatment systems that tame the region's notoriously hard water, everyday repairs and service calls, sewer and drain cleaning, underground water, sewer, and gas lines installed with our own excavation equipment, and commercial systems including restaurant grease systems and multi-unit housing developments.
Homeowners call us when a water heater quits, a drain backs up, a remodel needs its plumbing moved, or a leak appears where a leak should not be. General contractors call us when a project needs a plumbing subcontractor who reads plans carefully, prices accurately, shows up when the schedule says, and passes inspections the first time.
- Property managers and business owners call us when their buildings need systems that hold up under real use and a plumber who answers the phone. Whatever brings you here, the way we work is the same: honest diagnosis, upfront pricing, quality installation, and a clean job site when we leave.
We identify the real problem and fix only what needs fixing.
What a Plumbing Contractor Actually Covers
People often discover how wide this trade runs only when something goes wrong. Plumbing covers four interconnected systems.
- The water supply system brings pressurized, potable water from the municipal main or a private well to every fixture, and its failures show up as leaks, pressure loss, and water damage. The drainage and vent system carries wastewater away by gravity and keeps sewer gases out of the building through venting, and its failures show up as slow drains, backups, and odors.
- The gas piping system feeds water heaters, furnaces, and cooking equipment, and it is governed by strict sizing, testing, and permitting rules for obvious reasons. Finally, the equipment layer, water heaters, treatment systems, pumps, and monitoring valves, sits on top of all three and does the daily work of making water hot, clean, and controlled.
- A licensed plumbing contractor is trained and tested on how these systems interact, which is why California requires a licence for this work and why permits and inspections exist.
When you hire for any of the services below, you are really hiring judgment across all four systems, because a symptom in one system frequently has its cause in another.
